Support
Virtual Xpert provides phone support 9am to 6pm on Business Days and 24/7 emergency support for all existing customers through their account managers. All calls to our technicians and account managers are answered in Australia.
Pricing
Account Xpert is available on a monthly subscription for a maximum number of concurrent connections to the system. This means you may have as many named user accounts as you like, but only a certain number are allowed to log in at any one time. Should you wish to increase the maximum numbers temporarily then daily extensions are available and are billed in the following month.
